MyCville Service Request

MyCville is a simple and intuitive online and smart phone application that enables the residents of Charlottesville to request services and identify quality of life and environmental issues and report them to the appropriate department for quick resolution.

Reports can be made 24/7, however, responses may only occur during operational City hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Please note that MyCville is not an emergency service application; in case of an emergency call 911.
