In an effort to review all proposed Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) applications, the City of Charlottesville has adopted a new policy. This policy will allow the City to have adequate time to respond to VHDA’s request for review, while still being able to obtain input from the City’s Housing Advisory Committee and determine if financial assistance (through the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund) is possible.
