9 members (5 persons of low or moderate income, including elderly and handicapped persons, or representatives of any of them from the five City Council designated target neighborhoods: Belmont, Fifeville, 10th & Page, Ridge Street, Rose Hill; 1 member of the City Planning Commission; 1 member of City School Board; 1 Citizen At-Large; 1 member representing social issues).

Purpose

The CDBG Task Force/HOME Task Force is established to make recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council for funding housing, community development, economic development, and public service needs based on the consolidated plan and the CDBG priorities as established by City Council annually. The CDBG/HOME Task Force will work with City administration to evaluate CDBG and HOME programs to ensure consistency with the consolidated plan goals.
