- Project Website & Community Input Opportunities: The consulting team is developing a project-specific interactive website which will share ways the public can be involved in this process. The consultant team and city have been strategizing ways to adapt our original engagement strategies – heavily focused on in-person discussions – to the current COVID-19 situation. While we originally planned to have the interactive project website completed by the end of April, we now plan for a launch no later than the first week of May. - Steering Committee Meeting #2: The team held a virtual meeting with the Steering Committee on April 7. We discussed our engagement strategy for the first phase of project outreach, and the Steering Committee participated in a discussion about various housing issues.
