City Seeks Applications Regarding HOME-ARP Funding for Rental Development
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The City of Charlottesville Office of Community Development seeks applications for HOME-ARP funding that can be used to acquire, rehabilitate, or construct rental housing within the Charlottesville City limits that are affordable to individuals and households with incomes at or below 60% of Charlottesville’s Area Median Income (AMI) based on HUD 2023 Income Limits and that serve the Qualifying Populations of HUD’s HOME-ARP Implementation Notice, including households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, and persons fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.

Pre-application workshops are currently scheduled for:
• Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 10am-12pm in the CitySpace Main Conference Room,
located at 100 5th St. NE, Charlottesville
• Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 5pm-7pm in the NDS Conference Room,
located at 605 E. Main St., Charlottesville
