CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) through the City of Charlottesville's Housing Operations & Support (HOPS) is to inform community agencies with program and presences within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Charlottesville that the application for funding period for HOPS Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 is now open!
About: HOPS funding is available to help community agencies in Charlottesville that work on affordable housing and homelessness support. This program is primarily funded by the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund and administered by the City's Office of Community Solutions. Until October 14, 2023, community agencies with demonstrable presence and active programs within the City can apply for funding to support their programs and day-to-day operations.
