CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Charlottesville missing person Tonita Lorice Smith was found deceased in the City of Harrisonburg, VA on November 23, 2021. The Harrisonburg Police Department is conducting a death investigation. Media inquiries should be made to them through their Public Information Officer.
