City Offices will be closed Monday, July 5
in observance of the July 4 Holiday.

Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT)
On Sunday, July 4, there will be no service.
CAT will resume services Monday, July 5th with their Lifeline Service. 

City Trash and Recycling Services 

Residential trash and recycling collections will not be affected by the 4^th of July Holiday this year. Trash and recycling will be collected on the normal weekly schedule with no delay Monday 7/5/2021 through Friday 7/9/2021.
 
The uptown downtown business route will also not be affected by the 4^th of July Holiday this year. Trash and recycling will be collected on the normal schedule Saturday 7/3/2021 and Sunday 7/4/2021. The PS on call crew will provide trash and recycling collections on Sunday 7/4/2021 starting at 7am.
