Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) will operate as normally scheduled.

City Trash and Recycling Services 

There will be no residential curbside trash or recycling collection on Labor Day, September 1. Service will resume on Tuesday, September 2, one day behind, and the sliding schedule will complete on Saturday, September 6.
