Reserve a Seat for City Council Meeting

  1. Council Meeting Seat Reservation

    Council Chamber at City Hall will accommodate 23 members of the public during the  locally declared state of emergency to mitigate the spread of infectious disease. Two of these seats are set aside for those needing accessible seating. Other members of the public will be able to join City Council meetings through the Zoom webinar associated with each meeting. Seat registrations are accepted within two weeks of the Council meeting up until 9:00 a.m. the morning of the Council meeting.  A registration list will be checked at the entrance to Council Chamber.

  2. Coronavirus (COVID-19)
    During the local state of emergency related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), City Council Chambers are closed to the public and meetings are being conducted virtually via a Zoom webinar. The webinar is broadcast on Comcast Ch 10 and on all the City's streaming platforms. Public hearings and other matters from the public will be heard via the Zoom webinar which requires advanced registration. You may also participate via telephone and a number is provided with the Zoom registration or by asking the clerks for the dial-in phone number for each meeting.
