Locust Lane Construction: Safety Reminder for Bicyclists
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – As a reminder for bicyclists, the bike lane along Locust Avenue is closed until February 2026 while the Charlottesville Department of Utilities replaces the water main. During this time, bicyclists should seek alternative routes to ensure safety for both cyclists and construction personnel. A map of suggested routes is provided below.
