Utility Billing Office will be Closed Friday, September 19
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The Utility Billing Office will be closed Friday, September 19 for a system software upgrade. We will be resuming normal operations at 8:00 AM Monday, September 22.
Please reach out to us on September 22 when we reopen so we can address your service needs and account questions. We appreciate your patience in this matter and look forward to being better able to serve our customers.
