Follow-Up Neighborhood Meeting on Greenleaf/Delmar/Oakleaf Intersection
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The City of Charlottesville will host a follow-up neighborhood meeting on January 15, 2026, to continue community discussions regarding traffic and safety concerns at the intersection of Greenleaf Lane, Delmar Drive, and Oakleaf Street. Neighborhood residents are encouraged to attend and participate in this ongoing dialogue.
The meeting will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Upper Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 1564 Dairy Road. This session will follow the same format as the previous meeting held in September and will provide an opportunity to revisit issues, review updated feedback, and explore potential solutions for the intersection.

The access route is the service road towards the lower back section of the school. Once you have driven all the way around the back of the building you will see a loading dock area. There is an entry door that can be used to gain access to the building and cafeteria. Access signage will be posted the day of the meeting.
