Charlottesville Police FoundationThe Charlottesville Police Foundation is an independent non-profit organization of local citizens who help our police get the tools and training they need to do their best work.

Francesca is a proud Charlottesville native with decades of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors. She has spent the majority of her career focusing on community improvement efforts in Virginia and New Hampshire and advocating for at-risk groups. She served as a court-appointed special advocate at Piedmont CASA for over a decade, and is a two-time recipient of the Virginia Department of Justice Service Award.

Francesca was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 2018, where she was an active member of the Children and Family Law Committee and the Grafton County Executive Committee, working closely with state and local community leaders. After finishing her term, Francesca returned to Charlottesville to be closer to family.

Francesca holds a BA in English from the University of Mississippi.
