Annoying Phone Calls
Any person who, with or without intent to communicate but with intent to annoy any other person, causes any telephone or digital pager, not his own, to ring or to otherwise signal, and any person who permits or condones the use of any telephone under his control for such purpose.
Fraud
- Credit Card/ATM: The unlawful use of a credit (or debit) card or automatic teller machine for fraudulent purposes. This offense does not apply to the theft of a credit/debit card but rather its fraudulent use.
- False Pretenses: Falsely representing one's identity or position, and acting in the character or position thus unlawfully assumed, to deceive others and thereby gain a profit or advantage, enjoy some right or privilege, or subject another person or entity to an expense, charge, or liability which would not have otherwise been incurred.
- Impersonation: Falsely representing one's identity or position, and acting in the character or position thus unlawfully assumed, to deceive others and thereby gain a profit or advantage, enjoy some right or privilege, or subject another person or entity to an expense, charge, or liability which would not have otherwise been incurred.
- Wire: The use of an electronic communications facility to intentionally transmit a false and/or deceptive message in furtherance of a fraudulent activity.
Larceny
When property is taken without your permission.
Littering
To dump or otherwise dispose of trash, garbage, refuse, litter, a companion animal for the purpose of disposal, or other unsightly matter on public property, including a public street, right-of-way, property adjacent to such street or right-of-way, or on private property without the written consent of the owner thereof or his agent.
