Traffic Advisory: Utility Work / Road Closures in the Vicinity of the Following Locations:

      • Barracks Road between Meadowbrook Road and Hilltop Road

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – A permitted full road closure will be placed on Barracks Road between Meadowbrook and Hilltop Roads between the hours of 7 AM - 7 PM Saturday, June 21. This is a single-day closure facilitating tree work over the extent of the closed travel way. Pedestrian access will remain open with the aid of spotters throughout the day; however, pedestrian and bike travel in the area is discouraged.

Please expect delays, follow posted detours, and exercise due caution while traversing the area.
