The City of Charlottesville operates two public parking garages in the immediate vicinity of the Downtown Mall.

On-street parking on the streets surrounding the Mall is free although most spaces closest to the Mall are restricted to parking a maximum of 2 hours.
Employee of restaurants and retailers in the downtown mall area may be eligible for our $90 R&R Discount Program. This discount provides the employee with monthly parking access.
