How does it work?

Drive right in.

On entry, the camera scans your vehicle and starts a visit.

Scan the QR code to get started.

Add your phone number, license plate, and payment method to sign up.

Just drive out when you're ready.

Metropolis will automatically charge your account.

After you've signed up, you can simply drive in and drive out with the same vehicle and you'll be charged automatically. No QR codes needed!

How much is it to park?

The first hour is free!

After that, there's a charge of $1 per half hour (or portion thereof), for a maximum of $12.

How can I sign up ahead of time?

Set up your account before you arrive at:

What about holidays?

Park for free in the garages on these holidays:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

How long can I park?

Although both garages are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, long term storage of vehicles in either garage is prohibited. Vehicles parked more than 72 hours may be ticketed or towed.

Can I still get my parking validated by a participating business?

If you haven't signed up with Metropolis yet, first scan the QR code in the garage. Then, scan the QR code you find at any participating business. After that, just drive out!

If you've already signed up, just scan the validation code at a participating business and drive out.
